District and County Investments provides funding for exciting new development in Ashton in Makerfield
District and County Investments are delighted to be supporting Wigan Road Developments Ltd in the construction of a new scheme in Ashton in Makerfield consisting of eight semi-detached properties and an imposing detached house.
Using our unique spread of skills across the team, we have worked closely with the developer during the design and planning stages, supporting various changes to ensure the maximum use of the available space. We also agreed to increase our support late in the process when an additional piece of land became available adjacent to the site.
The Director of Wigan Road Developments Ltd. said, “DCI is a great investment company, easy and professional to communicate with, and funds drawn down is fast and simple. I would give nothing but great feedback and would not use any other company for my investments.”
Work is now well underway as can be seen in the pictures which were taken in early March 2022. Stay tuned for further updates as the development continues to take shape.
