District and County Investments funds executive six house development near Willaston
In 2019, District and County Investments provided a multi-million-pound facility to Willaston Developments Ltd for the purchase of a site on the outskirts of Willaston and the development of six executive detached houses.
With the first phase of the development delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, an extension of the original term was agreed upon without charge and the first 4 properties were completed and sold in early 2021.
The facility was then again, extended to allow time for phase two, this being the construction of the final two properties, which having been pre-sold were built to the exact specifications of their new owners.
As with many developments, the scheme has not been without its challenges, but with our collaborative approach, the result has been worth the effort, as can be seen from the attached pictures which were taken at various points during the construction.
